• Managing kitchen in the absence of the head chef
• Purchasing, stock control and ordering processes
• Coordinating kitchen team throughout service
• Working closely with head chef to create an innovative menu
Qualifications/ Experience required:
• Trade qualified only
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
